Hello there! I am planning to buy said Ryzen 5 4500 CPU and from what I understand, a graphic chip is onboard so I usually don't need another card. Is this chip powerful enough that when I connect my PS3/PS4 to the slot and let me watch Blu-rays or play the consoles over that chip?

If it is Ryzen 5 4500 Processor it DOESN"T have Integrated Graphics. You will need a GPU card to get video output to your monitor.

AMD APUs (Processor with Integrated Graphics) ends  with a Alphabet Letter like "G" or "GE" for Desktop Processors.
