Previously, my processor can now automatically go up to 3.75 GHZ with the R7 1700 XFR, but now it can go up to 3.2 GHZ.  My system: Asus Crosshair VI Hero R7 1700 G Skill TridentZ RGB 3200 Mhz CL14  The latest BIOS, AMD Chipset Driver, is installed and the system is running on the Ryzen Balanced Power Plan.  When I reset the Bios, it is at most 3.2 GHz under load.

Also, my RAMs are working at 3200Mhz, but if I power off the PSU and turn it on again, the system will still boot at 2133 Mhz.

DRAM Voltage: 1.35V

DRAM Boot Voltage: If I set the 1.35V, it still does not work at 3200 Mhz frekans.
