I recently purchased a processor from Online Retailer.
From what I understand unfortunately I haven't covered by AMD Warranty.
There is a way I can get help from the support service if needed? If not, what is the best way to handle with a problem?

If the AMD Processor you purchased was an authentic AMD Retail Processor in a AMD Retail box and not OEM Processor it is covered by AMD Warranty for 3 years.
If you post your Processors Model and Part number I can tell you whether you have a regular Retail or OEM processor.
OEM Processors are covered by the Seller/Vendor Warranty and not by AMD Warranty.
NOTE: The Retail AMD Processor AMD Warranty starts as soon as the Vendor/Seller Warranty expires.
