I recently upgraded from an x370 to an x570 Motherboard and the PSP is no longer in the device manager.  Is my new MB disabling the function or is there an issue?  MB is an MSI x570 MEG ACE with latest beta bios.   I had a similar issue previously on my x370 MB Asus x370-i but it cleared itself after a Video card swap?

Do you have the latest MSI Chipset installed from here: Support For MEG X570 ACE | Motherboard - The world leader in motherboard design | MSI Global 

Or you can download it directly AMD Chipsets from here: https://www.amd.com/en/support/chipsets/amd-socket-am4/x570 

Once you install the latest Chipset, see PSP is shown in Device Manager. If not try to manually installing PSP by directing Device Manager to the Chipset Installation folder at C:\AMD CHIPSET in updating the PSP Driver.

By any chance are there any errors or Yellow exclamation marks showing in Device Manager?

Unfortunately it is completely missing from device manager, no unknown device or anything. I just installed the latest chipset drivers 11/25. I think it is either the Motherboard disabling it or maybe a resource conflict. Everything is working fine with it missing, I may attempt a bios reset, but. My if there is an issue.

What Video card and CPU do you have installed?

Maybe you might want to open a AMD Service Request and ask them why PSP is not showing or disabled from here: https://www.amd.com/en/support/contact-email-form 

By any chance, Have you tried to see in Device Manager under "View"  - "Show Hidden Devices" and see if PSP is there. If it is then you can try and manually install the driver from the AMD CHIPSET Folder in C:\.

EDIT: Been reading about PSP and it seems like you can enable or disable it in the Motherboard's BIOS/UEFI.  Possible PSP is disabled by default in BIOS/UEFI. You may want to check to see if there is a PSP setting in BIOS/UEFI.
