Hi so I recently upgraded from a ryzen 5 3600 to a ryzen 7 3800x and now for some reason programs suddenly started to freeze and not open. Along with some micro stutters. the freezing started today 12/31/2020. I did the upgrade on 12/29/2020.

Specs

Cpu: Ryzen 7 3800x.

Motherboard: MSI B450 Gaming pro carbon AC

Gpu: RTX 2060 (Founders)

Ram: 32GB 3200Mhz Trident Z RGB

PSU: Thermaltake Grand RGB 650w

1. do a CMOS reset
2. leave anything on AUTO // DO NOT OC ANYTHING = ALSO NO XMP
3. test again
4. if anything works fine: enable XMP etc

It's not a constant issue its very random. I will try that though to see if it helps.
