We hope that the next generation of cpu will be produced as a product that uses less power.

I want to build a high-performance small PC, but the huge heat that doesn't allow it is a problem.

And a motherboard with the power supply of a motherboard that fits that power is very expensive.

There are alot of bios options in last 2 generations of Ryzen that gives you control over CPU power.  And alot of of different options in motherboards.  Am5 will mature with time and offer more as it develops, just like every generation.

Here's a video talking about using various Eco-Mode settings on the new CPUs.  In a nutshell, they don't really think a 65-watt Eco-Mode is worth it, but they seem very happy with the 105-watt Eco-Mode:

I don't think you are loosing a lot even if ECO is used according to GN.
