No response from RMA after completed shipment

I sent my faulty processor to AMD two weeks ago; last Monday I received an email with the receipt confirmation and the replacement approved.. it said that I would receive a shipment information in next few hours. Has been more than a week and I have no answer from AMD. The support contact they gave me just read my emails but she doesn’t answer me. Who can I talk to? Thanks
