No reply on RMA request

Hello everyone!

 

A few weeks ago i issued an RMA request for my 5800X that seems to run extremely hot (SR #{ticketno:[8201041095]}). Everything went smoothly and it got accepted, but due to personal issues, i was not able to reply/ ship the CPU out within the 10 day time window.

A week ago i sent another request to actually go through with the RMA process ({ticketno:[8201050488]}), but haven't heard back since. I have tried sending another one with no success.

What should i do? Any help would be appreciated!

Ok so i got a reply on the 27th asking for information such as the invoice, a photo of the cpu, Motherboard and bios revision and the troubleshooting steps i went through. Sent a response to that email, have yet to receive an update over a week later at this point... What's going on, it took these people less than a week to approve my last RMA, and now it takes almost a month to even get a reply? Cmon AMD
