No driver available for AMD A6-9225 Radeon R4

I am using Lenovo V145-15AST(81MT) laptop came with Windows 10 64 Bit. We know that device manufacturer cheated many users on their support page because drivers available in Lenovo support page and drivers are signed from Microsoft, but provided drivers are not fully funtional. My laptop support AMD A6-9225 Radeon R4 (processor and graphic) but why proper driver suite not available for Lenovo V145-15AST(81MT) and AMD A6-9225 Radeon R4.

According to the AMD Driver for the A6-9220 in the "Release Notes" it states it is compatible with all A series processors with Radeon graphics: https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/release-notes/rn-rad-win-20-2-2 

But it is best to always use the Laptop's manufacturer (Lenovo) drivers since they are 100% compatible with your laptop. AMD generic laptop driver will probably work but it may not use all the features of your laptop.

EDIT: Found a very new AMD Graphics from Lenovo Support for your Laptop model:  laptops and netbooks :: lenovo v series laptops :: v145 15ast - US
