I have a weird problem with my CPU where it would make my game stutter and the frames will drop and the frame time spikes every time the usage will spike and then go back down while playing any more hard-to-run games. So, like when I would play BO3 it would almost be unplayable and would not be fun to play. I have a 3050 so there is a bottleneck but that isn't the issue since I would reinstall drivers and it would just run fine at a steady 60fps on BO3 and no problems. I have a Gigabyte B450 DS3H rev.1 on BIOS update F63a. I also have the thicker stock cooler and it will never hit higher than 68C. If you know possible fixes please help, thanks.
