My Ryzen 3 1300x is running at 3.34-3.60 ghz even at 1% cpu load, im using amd ryzen balanced power plan
is this normal.
chanu_9873, I think that is fine, but if you do not care for it, then change to the Windows Balance plan, or Open the 'Change advanced power settings' and under 'Processor power management' change 90% to whatever you prefer. Enjoy, John.
