my cpu have the 5th core at 99% (EDC cpu) even when i don't use anything. I have tried to put Ryzen balanced on, but it doesn't change anything. I can't play because the games crashes after 5min. Solution ?

So, I have installed AMD rysen master to check my CPU (Ryzen 2600) because i have my pc crashing after playing like 5min. It has been two week's now. I'm pretty shure it comes the cpu because  my 5th cor is at 99% even when i don't do anything. When i turn the alimentation mod on "économy", it directly drops to like 11% which is good, but, my games are unplayable. i droped from 144fps to like 20fps on most games. I have tried "Ryzen balanced" and the other type of modes but i keep crashing. Can someon help me out ? I really don't know what to do.

Are any of the top Motherboard Indicators RED in Ryzen Master?  Either at idle or when playing a game?

If any of the above Indicators is Red, that will cause your Processor to start throttling.
