My 2200g cant run anything

I have a Ryzen 3 2200g with a 2x4gb Kit of DDR4 Patriot Viper ram on a MSI B350M Gaming Pro Motherboard. I have tried light gaming with it, but I can only get at max 20 fps on Gary's mod on lowest setting on 900p. From benchmarks I've seen, I should be getting better fps than this on more intense games. I have tried reassembling it, reinstalling drivers, overclocking, etc.,  yet nothing seems to work. I have swapped monitors and HDMI cords so J know it isn't anything to do with that, but I just don't know what to do to get the performance I should be getting.

1st mistake = only 8GB or RAM = if OS needs 3GB and Game uses 5GB there is NOTHING left for iGPU (should be atleast 2GB)
2nd mistake = what RAM-Speeds are you running?

i have Ryzen 5 2400G and 16GB 3200CL14 RAM and can play CSGO in 1080p with +100fps

PC: R7 2700X @PBO + RX 580 4G (1500MHz/2000MHz CL16) + 32G DDR4-3200CL14 + 144hz 1ms FS P + 75hz 1ms FS
Laptop: R5 2500U @30W + RX 560X (1400MHz/1500MHz) + 16G DDR4-2400CL16 + 120Hz 3ms FS
