Memory AMD game series DDR3 2400

I want to buy AMD memory game serie ddr3 2400. The manufacturer of the AMD FX 6300 processor indicated that the maximum RAM supports 1866. If I install DDR3 memory 2400, will it work at full speed on the AMD FX 6300 processor, which has the maximum supported memory of 1866? Thanks in advance for the answer!

Motherboard Asrock 970M Pro3 AM3+ memory support up to DDR3 2400.

Then that's what it is, though there are much better RAM modules than out of production AMD Gamer RAM.
