Hi All,
I was using Intel since long. Now I shifted to AMD rest everything is fine, But I am not able to do RAID 1 for my OS ( M.2 Nvme drives). Any one can help me out on that?
Do you have the drivers for the motherboard controller?
Without those, the OS won't be able to speak to the drives properly
Hi Hyperstrike,
Thanks for your feedback, No I don't have any drives. I was not even aware of that.
I was using (https://www.supermicro.com/en/products/system/4U/4029/SYS-4029GP-TVRT.cfm) system with 2 x M.2 Nvme's (SSDPELKX010T8).
Now I want to use https://www.supermicro.com/en/Aplus/system/2U/2124/AS-2124GQ-NART.cfm
but I don't know how to use Nvme's.
As far as I know, you can't do NVMe RAID with EPYC. If you're using Linux, it's easy enough to set up a software RAID volume to boot from, but if you're using Windows, you're pretty much out of luck.
