Is there any point O/C'ing the Ryzen 7 5800x?

As the title says, I'm about to build a new system from scratch, 32GB 3200MHz RAM, RTX 3070 Pre-OC'd Edition

Is there any point overclocking my Ryzen 7 5800x as its clock speeds are very respectable already?

Does anyone have experience overclocking, which workloads does it help with? I do occasionally create music and do some light photoshop and illustrator work, as well as play way too many games.

What's your opinion?

I've gone with an MSI MAG Coreliquid 360 AIO, so I don't believe temps will be an issue.

for Gaming and your "more easy tasks" you could leave your CPU at AUTO and only do a slight undervolt

fixed OC of a R7 5800X is only necessary if you need maximum raw horsepower - like crunching numbers or encoding stuff - but not for 85% of homestuff

PC: R7 2700X @PBO + RX 580 4G (1500MHz/2000MHz CL16) + 32G DDR4-3200CL14 + 144hz 1ms FS P + 75hz 1ms FS
Laptop: R5 2500U @30W + RX 560X (1400MHz/1500MHz) + 16G DDR4-2400CL16 + 120Hz 3ms FS
