Is there an issue with Warranty Service Request processing?
I submitted a request on November 25th and received a message that said that "Delivery is delayed." Yesterday, I received a message stating that "Delivery has failed."
"Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:
firstname.lastname@example.org The server has tried to deliver this message, without success, and has stopped trying. Please try sending this message again. If the problem continues, contact your helpdesk."
Today, I submitted another request and received another "Delivery is delayed" e-mail."
