CPU World answer your question:
It is a Picasso Processor.
The MSI B450 Tomahawk Motherboard does list that processor as being compatible: Support For B450 TOMAHAWK | Motherboard - The world leader in motherboard design | MSI Global
The MSI B450 Tomahawk Max also supports you the 3000g Processor: Support For B450 TOMAHAWK MAX | Motherboard - The world leader in motherboard design | MSI Global
I recommend the MAX version for any AM4 board from MSI which has larger BIOS chip so that features are not removed.
This was one reason I went for the X570 which also has the larger BIOS chip on it. The X570 boots faster than the X470 ever did but a good 30-40%.
