What processors are compatible with the A-4 socket?

A4 is a CPU line, socket may be FM1, FM2 or FM2+

Check for mobo socket type then you can search internet,

If its FM2+, best CPU is 2M/4C pildedriver A10-7890K which is very slow on CPU side but okish on iGPU side, especially with a fast 2400-2666MHz DDR3 RAM

Besides what NickJackalson advised, I would make sure whatever Processor you are planning to purchase and install is supported by your motherboard BIOS version.

Make sure your Motherboard will support the processor you are planning on purchasing.
