3900X is 4.6Ghz. 3950X is 4.7Ghz.
I observed both.
12 core is 100% cpu usage and cpu clock is around 4.0Ghz at 3900X.
16 core is 100% cpu usage and cpu clock is around 4.0Ghz at 3950X.
Cpu temperatures is 65C.
If All cpu usage is 100%, all cpu clock is around 4.0Ghz.
Is this value spec ?
Is Max boost clock of catalog spec the maximum single core boost ?
I dreamed of 16 core is 100% cpu usage and 3...5 core is around 4.7Ghz !

So for the 3900X, the maximum single core boost clock will be 4.6ghz. AMD doesn't list an all core boost speed for their processors.
