Install AMD Chipset drivers without software

Hey, I want to install the latest B450 drivers but I don't want the software but I want to uninstall it without removing any chipset drivers. I tried 7-zip but it's kind of weird to find the drivers for the chipset.

Is this about the copy of files in 'Local Disk/C/AMD' ?, that folder (and its content) can be safely deleted.
