i want to undervolt my notebook which program is recommended for AMD i have an A10 6 generasjon

ok but Dave Lee says its safe  $12 Hack To Boost Your Laptop Performance! - YouTube  if it's unsafe any tips as i'm having problems with my cpu as its running high it might be because of my browser sinc i've seen people Reporting probloms withe edge or chrome in the norwegian version for some complicated reason

It does not tend to be this high all the time though it more like a rule koster

That is normal voltage fluctuation as the CPU's and GPU's speeds and voltages adjust dynamically with load,

check if you have microsoft update spyware kb 2976978 and if you do uninstall it and see if cpu drops.
