Because the motherboard is a previous gen motherboard. Which one should be the best for me to get for B450M Mortar motherboard? Thank you in advance.

due to not so great MosFETs you should stick to the 3600X if you want to OC
without OC the 3700X will run fine - but you wont get anything out of it it can

I have an MSI B450M Mortar. Should I get a 3600X or 3700X for gaming? I ask in terms of wattage value as 3600X has 95 wattage and 3700X 65 wattage value.
