i currently have a laptop that has AMD A9-9420 RADEON R5 processor ang 8gb of ram. is there anyway that i can upgrade my processor for better gaming without having to buy a whole new laptop? is it even possible to upgrade to newer amd processors? please h

can i upgrade my processor without having to buy a new laptop? thank you.

It will cost you more then the laptop is worth to take it to a computer shop to have the processor upgraded even if the computer shop has the special equipment to do so.

No, that processor uses BGA which means it's soldered to the motherboard. The only way to upgrade would be to buy a new laptop, which is not a bad idea considering the power of even mid-range laptops now thanks to AMD.
