I tried to add the ryzen performance power profile, but when i downloaded the AMD ryzen power plan version 6.0.0.9, but i got only the balanced power profile.

PC specs:

ryzen 7 2700x

16 gb ram

gtx 1660 super 

windows 10 home 64-bits (I tried to update windows but it still doesn't shows up)

You can always tweak it to your taste, its not that a "high" performance profile would make you computer super faster 

If you need more time on the screen or have it on all the time, you can do it, same for bluetooth devices, USB and wifi. You can set CPU lower frequency from 20% to 100% as well.

Just click on "change advanced power settings"
