How to run Ryzen 5 1600x with 3200mhz memory

I have 2x4gb Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3200mhz memory, a Gigabyte GA-AX370-Gaming K5 motherboard, and a Ryzen 5 1600x.

GA-AX370-Gaming K5 (rev. 1.x) | Motherboard - GIGABYTE U.S.A.

My memory is currently running at 2133mhz.  I've tried manually changing it to 3200, 3000, and 2966 along with changing the timings to 18-20-20-20-38.  Bios is up to date.  Everything ends with Windows failing to load and blue screening, including loading the XMP.  I was able to log into windows for a short period of time at 3000mhz, 16-18-18-18-36, and 18 CAS latency.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can speed my memory up?

According to Gigabyte, these are the only RAM models certified to run at 3200mhz on your board

snol200, if you want to manually OC the memory, then you need to learn about settings SoC and memory voltages as well as timings and maybe lots of other things.  There are calculators to help with this - try Google.  The ASRock AMD MB forum has several contributors who are great on memory.  I am not an OCer but do run a 3200 MHz XMP on my 1950X.  Please go to the Thaiphoon Burner website and DL the free read only memory tool and post a screenshot.  It will tell us what all your memory specifications are and we can go from there.  We also need more specifications for your system, like all the HW, SW and UEFI.  Thanks and enjoy, John.
