I received an email on 14 January (9 days ago) with the confirmation of the RMA process (i send my cpu from Perú), saying was completed, but haven't any more mails with the tracking number for the new cpu.

I'm a bit worried since i need the pc for work and uni classes and don't have an ETA for the new cpu, I searched for similar cases an find that this is too common with the RMA process
Hope somebody could help me with this
