High temps idle, 3950X with NH-D15

Hello everyone,

Since I bought my ryzen 3950X I'v got notably high temps.
I have a Huge NH-D15 chroma in a HAF932 which should perform well with this CPU but right now I'm idling at 50-60°C
and 85°C after just on pass of cinebenchR20.
In burn, Heatpipe are barely warm to the touch, that make me think about a bad IHS soldering or bad contact...
I tried re-pasting the cooler 3 times, didn't change anything... and my thermal paste seems fairly uniform...

CPU is 1.5Yo, still in warranty.

I never ever boosted pass 4.3Ghz on one core. Also I had a very hard time being stable on this config from the start as you can see :
https://community.amd.com/t5/processors/3950x-relatively-high-temps/m-p/251169#M19007
I gave up on this part, I tweaked down my memory timing a lot and now it's stable, most of the time...

Should I return this CPU, it have been suspect from the start... Could it be My cooler or am I trying ton convince myself ?
Regards,
Arthur
