High temperature problem

I bought a 2950 X processor and added a water coIler, but the temperature in normal 48-60 degrees. and i didn't do any thing oler, but the temperature in normal 48-60 degrees. and i didn't do any thing

yassogho, what you are using to measure temperature has no validity.  Please post a screenshot of Ryzen Master (RM).  Thanks and enjoy, John.

Please list what components you have.  Which water cooler, case, fans (quantity and orientation) especially, as well as other components.

Did you run this computer without a water cooler before?  If so, how did it perform then?

I have the same problem with my new 2600x. The cpu is never in idle mode an the voltage increase at 1.5v and frenquency at 4200Mhz. Temperature are in constant variation between 45 and 55 degrees with cooler master masterliquid 240.

When I select the save power mode of windows 10, the problem is solve but the benchmark performance decrease by 10 percent.

I have the last bios and last chipset drivers.

Do you have solution ?
