High idle power because ASPM disabled on Ryzen 7840U

On laptop EliteBook 845 G10 with Ryzen 7840U power consuption is high in ilde. I can't go less than 4.8W. This is due to ERROR with ASPM mode disabled.

When I run "powercfg -energy" under Windows 11 I got this result:

Platform Power Management Capabilities:PCI Express Active-State Power Management (ASPM) Disabled
PCI Express Active-State Power Management (ASPM) has been disabled due to a known incompatibility with the hardware in this computer.
 
Same problem is under Ubuntu 23.10.

So talk to laptop maker support.

Doubt AMD will release bios mod without feedback from laptop maker.
