i am using ryzen 5 1500x with asus b350m-e motherboard. i notice that cpu voltage is 1.458 by default in bios. is it too high ? my temps are ok. 46C at idle and 63-65C when playing dota 2 and i am using stock cooler.

Yes that's too high. Make sure you are using the latest BIOS, there was a buggy one released by every board partner a few months back which killed chips.

i found that if i disable XFR everything becomes normal. my cpu currently running at 3.5Ghz and temps are below 50C when under load.

It's perfectly safe and normal, XFR will spike voltages at times. As long as temperatures are okay, you've got nothing to be concerned about.
