Getting poor performance on Counter Strike GO (8150 AMD)

I'm dropping below 60fps in Counter Strike GO which is very unacceptable for my 8 Core Processor. Nothing is throttling and I've updated my BIOS. I tried turning off Cool n Quiet tried overclocking but still losing frames. Please AMD staff you're my only hope.
