I want to overclock my fx 8300 to 4.2ghz, can I do this with an Asus M5A78L-M Plus / USB3 motherboard? When I try to put the clock above 4.1 (in AMD OVERDRIVE), my pc reboots, maybe I'm doing something wrong, someone can, please, send me a screenshot of the perfect oc to 4.2 in a fx 8300  on the amd overdrive? like VOLTAGE, HT, HT REF. CLOCK and these things

Not all processors will overclock to the same levels, 4.2ghz is not guaranteed. If yours won't go past 4.1, then it won't go past 4.1.
