Hi everyone

I recently upgraded my CPU from a 1700 to a 5800X3D, but after the Upgrade on Boot i got this message.

New CPU installed, fTPM/PSP NV corrupted or fTPM/PSP NV structure changed.

Press Y to reset fTPM, if you have BitLocker or encryption enabled,
the system will not boot without a recovery key

Press N to keep previous fTPM record and continue system boot, fTPM will NOT
enable in new CPY, you can swap back to the old CPY to recover TPM related
Keys and data.

I found a lot online about pressing y or going into the Bios to disable TPM, wich wasn't active, having used a 1700 and all. I cannot press Delete to get into my Bios, and i also can't  press Y to reset, i can only press N, and i have to do it every Boot. I used software to fix registries, i deinstalled all gigabyte software, i even disabled AMD PSP in the Device Manager, nothing works.

This, is my Hardware, please help, i'm kinda desperate

Hey there!
I just supported someone with the same issue. We found your post, exactly what our problem was.

We fixed it doing this (well, not really fixed, but found a workaround):

1. press "N" to boot Windows normally
2. hold Shift and click "Reboot", this launches a recovery menu
3. choose troubleshooting>advanced options>UEFI-Firmwaresettings
4. after a reboot you will see the ftpm corrupted screen again, but if you press "N" this time, you get into the bios
5. in the bios we just disabled ftpm, this isn't a real fix but it removes the screen on every startup and nothing seems to be failing until now.
