If I brought AMD RYZEN R9 5950X 

in 2021 mid-Jun will I still be able to get Free Far Cry 6. 
because inside the box has nothing but only chip’s information paper

This is the latest AMD Promotion but you need to purchase a Computer System with both AMD GPU and CPU installed to qualify to get Far Cry 6: https://www.amdrewards.com/terms

There are no AMD Promotions for just the AMD Processors except the 5000 Series APU only which you don't qualify either.

No, the Terms are both CPU and GPU must be installed and part of the Pre-Built Computer system you purchased at the time to qualify.

i got my 5900x for a self build and got the game as apromotional offer so what are you talking about? If you are refereing to offers from AMD now you maybe correct but not when i got mine
