I need an Answer! I have enough money for the Ryzen and the rest of the computer, but not enough just now for the GPU. Does the Ryzen have Integrated Graphics?

No, you'll need a discrete graphics card.

On a side note... there are APU's that are made for the AM4 socket, check the motherboard "CPU compatibility" lists.
