Technically no.

Phenom II X4 B70 is the name associated with Phenom II X2 570 when you unlock two extra cores.

The name is only valid when "unlock cores" feature is enabled on the motherboard.

The B70 is a very old processor but it does exist according to this PC Built webpage that shows the specs for that processor: https://www.pc-specs.com/cpu/AMD/Phenom_II/Phenom_II_X4_B70/2231
