Do I need to apply additional coolpaste on my 3700X Ryzen 7 with stock cooler?

Funny thing is--I'm using the stock paste for my 3900X and I'm getting the same temps the guys who advised me not to use the stock paste get with their aftermarket paste...;)  I never have seen the high temps those guys said they got before they did away with the stock paste to apply their own.  Take it for what it's worth...;)

I do not know the specs of the stock thermal paste thats on there so i would just use it unless you have temperature problems.

It might be that the past has a low thermal conductivity v.s. good aftermarket paste those people use but that you get the same temps because the airflow trough your case is slightly better.
