Do i need a dedicated graphics card with amd 3900x? I am working on a 3d game, i livestream AAA games.

As shown by AMD in the event the 3900X performs very good as compared to i9. Do i need a separate graphics card when my routine on PC is: Live streaming (mostly AAA games), Video editing and i am working on a game of my own.
