I want to buy Ryzen 5 3600, but i cant find info about box and mpk differences

What is OPN PIB and OPN MPK?

Tray is what's usually called "OEM" packaging - just a bunch of CPUs on a tray. PIB is "processor in box", which is the "retail" packaging, with the fancy box and all. MPK is "multipack", a box with a bunch of CPU + cooler bundles but no fancy packaging, mostly sold to OEMs/SIs.

Depending on the Retail AMD Processor it may or may not include bundled with a CPU Cooler. But any AMD processor and CPU Cooler if added that is purchased and comes in a Official AMD Retail Box has a 3 year warranty on it.

Whereas if any AMD processor comes in a different packaging other than a Official AMD Retail box  is considered to be OEM/TRAY processor which are not covered  by the 3 year Warranty.

All OEM/TRAY processors Warranty are the responsibility of the Seller or Vendor.
