Delay to process rma

I have shared my complete shipping address to Tech.support@amd.com at 28 Jun 2021, 6:58 pm.in my area we didn't use house number in address we use family name instead house number and I have purchased many products with this address.till now didn't get any updates from amd.

The given address format is,

Name,family name,street,post,district,state,country,pin code,phone number.

If do you need any changes in this format please reply me back with correct address format.

Yes, support responded to you on June 23, asking for a clarification on your mailing address.

You replied on June 28. 

EDIT:

I just looked at ticket # 8201104674 and your last response was on June 23. 

The RMA will not proceed until you respond to the agent. 

 

EDIT1:

I noticed you have opened 10 tickets on the same issue. Please only respond to to ticket # 8201104674 if you wish to proceed with the RMA.

How to respond with a particular ticket.

I have already send an mail with complete address and mention ticket no on top of mail at June 28 2021,6:58pm. Is it enough to process rma or please share details to process rma
