I've got this CPU Ryzen 7 3700x, i accidentally snapped the outer pin on the Cpu. Can the CPU works without the pin?

some of the outer edge pins on a processor may be redundant in use. Another words the pin could be ground as an example.

Also you just voided your AMD 3 year Warranty on your Processor. AMD will not accept any processors with bent or broken pins.

Best way to find out is to install it on your motherboard and see if it boots up. If it does boot into Windows then use a diagnostic Stress test program to test the processor.

One broken pin may not effect the processor from working correctly.

So you have a choice, install the processor and see if it works and if it doesn't then you have a expensive paperweight.

Edit: So... A good motherboard repairer can fix your processor's broken pin. If the broken pin is not lost, he can use this part. If the broken pin is missing, he can solder with something equivalent. The solder used is durable up to 200 degrees and there is no possibility of damaging your system.
