regarding a Warranty Replacement request I have made, RMA# 2000278411 , and now I would like to know

what is the next step, for the replacement product shipping, thx in advance.

what was the outcome of this?  I got a similar email about 5 days ago and communications went dark.  Would like to gauge timing and set expectations accordingly.
