CPU / GPU WITH ADDITIONAL CACHE / RAM / VIDEO MEMORY DIRECTLY CONNECTABLE IDEA

The idea is to make CPU with GPU and Controller in one package(plate) with upper contacts for additional RAM, video RAM (GDDR) or  CPU Cache connection. 

Technology advantages:

1. Close location will have less interferences and signal loss.
2. Close location will have better speed.
3. Location of RAM in the connection with CPU cooler system allows to increase frequencies and performance.
4. Additional cache can hugely improve CPU performance.
5. No need to create too much models. Cache can be added to form another model.
6. Maybe additional usual or specific cores packs (for example video cores) can be added in the same way.
7. Computer can have 2 RAM types: 1) Near-CPU super fast RAM (GDDR, etc.); 2) Usual RAM

What do you think?
May future AMD CPU for laptops or desktop be made in this way? 
What about GPU construction in this way?
