Cpu voltage set on auto which is 1.45 is this safe and normal?

So in bios it says my cpu voltage is 1.45 and I was wondering if this is safe and normal? I have a ryzen 5 3600 and an rog strix b550 f gaming motherboard . Everything in bios is set to default and I’m not overclocking anything except for the xmp thing for the ram

The processor adjusts its voltage with its frequency automatically.  It will not be at 1.45V for an extended period of time.
