I have a Dell G5 laptop with 4600h cpu and rx 5600m gpu. Overall, I have an unstable performance but relatively a good one. I recently noticed that the stutterings I experience in games are caused by cpu spikes. So, cpu usage momentarily increases too much and at that moment fps drops significantly and causes stuttering. This happens in all games.
What can be possible causes and solutions for this?
