I just build my new PC and i was wondering about the spikes in GHz on my CPU. The usage of the CPU stays stable for example around 6% but than in all of a sudden my GHz spikes varying from 4.00 to 4.24 GHz, while my base speed is 3.8 GHz. In that moment i am not doing anything with my PC, but it still makes constant shifts.
Suppose this isn't normal how can i stabilize this ?
