CPU / RAM compatibility

Guys, can I use a 4000MHz G Skill RAM memory with Ryzen 9 5000 processors? Will it be compatible? I'm not talking about overclocking, but rather putting a memory of that speed. What is this maximum memory speed of 3200 MHz that is described in the processor specifications?

The place you need to check is the Motherboard's RAM MEMORY QVL list for Vermeer processor and see if it lists any RAM running at 4000 Mhz.

It will show at what speeds it can run and how many DIMM Slots it will be compatible with and whether you can Overclock or not.

You can also check the RAM Manufacturer to see if it is compatible  with your motherboard that you plan on purchasing.

Generally for the best performance or "Sweet spot" for RAM Mhz for the Ryzen Infinity Fabric is:

3200 Mhz for the 2xxx processors

3600 Mhz for the 3xxx processors

I don't know what is the "sweet spot" for the Vermeer 5xxx processors are.

G.Skill recently launched a new series of Trident Z Neo memory to effective 4,000MHz speeds, which is perfect fit for the Ryzen 5000 series CPUs. So it means that YES, you can "use a 4000MHz G Skill RAM memory with Ryzen 9 5000 processor".

The new Trident Z Neo brings the memory offers ultra-fast speeds and lower latency and available in both 16GB and 32GB capacities. But if you want to use new 4,000MHz memory then you'll also need a compatible motherboard such as X570 or B550 motherboards.
