My cpu Temperature is always running at around 85+ degrees Celsius when not running anything or running everything. It also runs way below its base speed around 1.7-2.3 when its base speed is 3.7. This means I get next to no fps in any game I play when that shouldn't be the case. I have a Ryzen 7 2700x and not sure what to do as I have had my pc tweaked and everything like that. Must be a hardware problem but need some advice as I'm not sure how to know exactly if I need to buy a new cpu or if its the case of buying a new fan or anything like that. Need help as to find out what needs fixing.
