before reading the article,

please, execuse my english is poor.

I have a experience about CPU 100% problem of short time.

the situation like below image.

you could see cpu 100% tick problem.

when i feel that, the system hang on all the jobs. and doesn't interactive any input.

therefore i could feel system lag. but the reason contain preemption of "System" Process.

is there any problem like this already reported?

I use MSI x399 gaming Carbon AC board.
